BE WARNED THE OTHER REVIEWS OF HARD SALES ETC ARE CORRECT.Fastbreak Service There are three Terminals at Orlando Airport (A, B, & C). To top off the experience the woman at the despatch cabin in car park was awful, short tempered and curt. the experience was unpleasant and stressful requiring strength of character and willpower to resist, all in 45 minutes. It was eventually after the manager scrutinised the agreement we got a vehicle, strangely enough it ended up being a full size car, and very nice it was. resulting in the full hire agreement being read out and handed over. the sales pressure was from 3 staff, ending with an attempt to charge us for a tank of fuel. ![]() Eventually working back to the full size car, again all politely declined several times before they moved on to the insurances, even medical cover for about $90. Firstly hit for the car upgrade, not only to the full size ( only 3 of us with 2 cases) but then a luxury BMW 5 SERIES, onto the people carrier, then even a mini bus. We encountered the sales pitch I have faced before but far more intense. we arrived at the desk sept 09th 2013 as the only people at the desk. We hired a mid size car through an internet booking agent ( rental cars ) booked the full package, ie all insurances, full tank of fuel included. Be careful if you do and watch your totals. I will never use Budget again and if there’s a chance Priceline is going to assign me a Budget vehicle I won’t use them. My other compliant is I reserved a full size car and the car I received couldn’t even fit 3 pieces of luggage in the trunk. I wonder how many times this goes unnoticed when people use third party reservations such as Priceline. After much arguing they fixed hers as well. The Priceline is the total with all taxes included. The clerk tried to tell her it’s because of taxes. I was thinking it was just probably a mistake but my daughter was at another clerk at the same time and it happened to her as well. The manger had to come over and after much whispering back and forth between the clerk and the manager we finally resolved the problem. The screen was very hard to read but I noticed they were charging me over $100 more than Priceline charged me. After a lengthy wait at the counter I was told to sign the screen. We rented a full size car through Priceline for the first week of July 2013 and was given one from Budget.
